Enterprise ERP · Infor LN

How we run an Infor LN implementation.

A full Infor LN deployment is won or lost in the details between discovery and a stable production system. Most implementations don't fail loudly — they drift: scope creep, dirty data, a finance team that quietly distrusts the numbers on go-live day. Here is how we own the path end to end, and where we've learned the real risks live.

01

Process design & fit-gap analysis

What we do

We start by mapping how the business actually runs — not how the org chart says it runs — and measure that against standard Infor LN capability. Every gap becomes a deliberate decision: change the process, configure, or extend.

The risk

Teams over-customize early to preserve old habits, and every customization becomes a cost that compounds at every future upgrade.

How we de-risk it

We default to standard Infor LN and justify every deviation in writing. Customization is a decision with a reason, never a reflex.

02

Configuration & extension

What we do

We configure Infor LN to the agreed process design, and build extensions only where the business genuinely needs something the standard product doesn't do.

The risk

Configuration done in isolation from the people who'll use it produces a system that's technically correct and operationally rejected.

How we de-risk it

We configure against real business scenarios and validate with the people who run those processes daily, before anything is locked.

03

Data migration & reconciliation

What we do

We move legacy master and transactional data into Infor LN in staged cycles, with reconciliation and sign-off at each pass.

The risk

This is the phase that silently sinks go-lives. Legacy data is always dirtier than anyone admits; a migration that passes in test can still hand finance numbers they won't trust on day one.

How we de-risk it

The business validates its own data through repeated migration cycles and signs off before cutover — never after. Trust in the numbers is earned before go-live, not hoped for after.

04

Integration with existing systems

What we do

We connect Infor LN to the surrounding systems the business can't or won't replace — finance, CRM, shop-floor, third-party tools — so data moves cleanly across the estate.

The risk

Integrations treated as an afterthought become the fragile seams that break in production and erode confidence in the whole system.

How we de-risk it

Integrations are designed alongside the core, tested against real volumes, and built to fail safely and visibly rather than silently.

05

Cutover, go-live & hypercare

What we do

We plan and execute the switch to production, then stay through hypercare — the critical weeks where the business stabilizes on the new system.

The risk

Teams that disappear at go-live leave the client alone at the exact moment the system meets reality and the questions start.

How we de-risk it

A controlled, rehearsed cutover and a defined hypercare period with us present and accountable. We hand over a steady production system, not a login.

Right-sized, honestly

Full Infor LN is the right answer for organizations with the scale and complexity to carry it. It is not the right answer for everyone. Where it isn't, we say so — and point to custom development or our products instead. We'd rather scope you correctly than sell you more than you need.
